A recipe: Creamy Crab Pasta

i know it's kind of a fall activity to heat up your house and make a hearty pasta topped sauce that is loaded with butter and sour cream, but when you get a craving you just go for it and you don't look back or care how your bathing suit is going to look. and so i introduce to you this crab pasta that is so good, it's bananas. but it's pasta. does that make sense? 

it's easy and yummy and make it tomorrow!

You're gonna need:
1 pound of pasta. 
(I went with roasted red pepper pasta and it was kind of perfect) 
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter 
1 pound of sour cream 
1 small can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning 
1/4 teaspoon black pepper 
1 pound crab meat, grated 
(i went with imitation crab meat in the can)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Now you're ready to Cook:
1.
prepare your pasta, don't drain and set aside
2.
in a large skillet, sauté your onions in butter until they're tender.
3.
Whisk in sour cream, soup, milk, salt, garlic powder, italian seasoning &  pepper.
4.
cook and stir while heating the sauce. but don't let it boil!
5.
stir in your crab meat
6. 
drain pasta, top with sauce and garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley. 
7. 
join a gym because this stuff is … well, let's just say NOT fat free
